LOL, lets face it, the worlds mobile phones have a crumby FPS standard , the OEMs cant even be bothered to give todays generic mobile phone a seasonable 25FPS even if its got a good realtime AVC encoder chipset in there, never mind a real HD 50FPS P at 720x480, 1280x720, or 1440x1080.
