Intel, senior sponsor of the Southeast Asia WiMAX Forum, held November 22-25, 2010 at Ritz-Carlton, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, selected LiveCast for their showcase demonstration.
Theme of the event was: “4G WiMAX in Emerging Markets - Innovation and Evolution in Delivering Broadband to All" with the objective being to show real-life WiMAX implementation case studies.
Held in one of the World’s hottest WiMAX markets, WiMAX Forum Southeast Asia Regional Focus 2010 provides the perfect occasion for Asia’s WiMAX operators and the international vendor community to meet and share business model innovations, showcase technological advances and debate the future development of broadband wireless access.
Endorsed by WiMAX Forum, a LiveCast partner, and fully supported by MCMC and MOSTI, the WiMAX Forum Southeast Asia Regional Focus 2010 is created by a team of industry experts including representatives from Intel, MIMOS, Packet One, SIRIM, YTL and Beacon Events.
Intel demonstrated a combination of LiveCast's live mobile video streaming applications (Pro Pack), low latency enterprise applications (Command Center) and integrated mapping tools. The LiveCast showcase allowed industry leaders to experience the innovative solutions available today for leveraging next generation wireless networks.
