Continuing our strong partnership with LTE leader Alcatel-Lucent, LiveCast was selected to take part in an extremely cool demo this week at Mobile World Congress (MWC).
Alcatel-Lucent is "bringing the magic" of LTE to the streets of Barcelona with drive demos of a brand new LTE enabled Audi A8 cruising the neighbourhood around the Arts Hotel.
“We always look to bring the most advanced, value-added applications to our service providers and their customers to solve real problems. We teamed up with LiveCast at Mobile World Congress because they have industry proven live video streaming technology that fully exploits the magic of LTE”.
- Ken Wirth, President, 4G LTE Wireless Networks, Alcatel-Lucent
We hope any of you attending the exhibition can participate -- it's on the road from February 14th-16th (9am-11:30am, 14pm-19pm).
For our part, LiveCast is enabling the very first ever live HD video streaming over TD-LTE (this is being transmitted over China Mobile's TD-LTE trial network enabled for the event), and includes integrated telemetry and GPS location data.
The experience can be viewed with less than 1/2 second latency and with dynamic tracking on a map via LiveCast Command Center application at Intel's booth located in Hall 7, #7B28.
Come see us there, we'd love to give you a walk through of our expansive live mobile video platform for enterprise. Also, you can contact us at sales@livecast.com to schedule a meeting.
